合成云母帶

[產品說明]: 采用優質金云母紙、合成云母紙為基材，玻璃纖維布或無碳性高聚物薄膜(如PE)作為單面或雙面補強材料，用有機硅樹脂粘合，經高溫烘焙、干燥后，再分切而成的帶狀產品。云母帶主要用于耐火電纜的芯線與外皮之間，發揮耐火絕緣功能。

三、電氣特性：金云母帶在溫度800±50℃、電壓600~1000V環境下可保證90分鐘內不發生擊穿;合成云母帶在溫度1000±50℃、電壓600~1000V環境下可保證90分鐘內不發生擊穿。產品成份不含石棉、高溫下不會產生有毒氣體，具有耐酸堿、抗電暈、抗輻射的特性。成品干爽、無粘連性，具有良好的彎曲性、柔軟性，在高速繞包電線電纜時抗張強度高。
